Pickles watermelon.

Ingredients

  • Watermelon

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Allspice

    10 piece

  • Black pepper

I bought a watermelon the size of the pan. Washed.

The watermelon was placed in the pan. Small cucumbers washed, cut off the ends. Cucumbers placed inside the watermelon.

Added 6 chopped cloves of garlic.

Prepared a brine. In hot water spread 2 tablespoons of salt and 2 tbsp of sugar (the watermelon was unsweetened) in one liter of water. Added pepper and pepper.
