Granola is most often used as Breakfast, because it is very useful. I want to offer You the easiest method of its manufacture for use in desserts, so-called topping. But to be honest, I gnaw it instead of seeds.

  • Oat flakes

  • Butter

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Brown sugar

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Strawberry

  • Brown sugar

Let's make granola. Melt butter, put cinnamon, vanilla. Mix well.

Add cereal, flour and baking powder, stir with fingers. Add the sugar and grind the mass into small lumps. Baking tray lay baking paper and sprinkle the mixture.

Bake in the oven at t=180 10-15 min. It should be a little fried. Do not be confused by its softness. It will disappear as soon as it cools down.
