Old Czech cabbage soup
Those who have been in the Czech Republic, he is certainly familiar with the famous "Senacki& amp;quot;. This is a delicious hearty soup with cabbage, simple and austere, peasant food. To prepare the products. Shred cabbage as a soup. Finely chop the onion. Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces.

In saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon of the fat, fry in it the onion until soft, add the paprika, cumin. Stir and fry a minute. Add water. As soon as the water boils, throw in the pot the potatoes and the cabbage, 1 or 2 bouillon cube. The amount of water depends on how thick soup you want to, about 3.5 liters.

Sausage cut into rings and fry in the pan on a spoon of sunflower oil. To remove excess fat.
