Take my word for it - it's delicious! For Breakfast I always have yogurt or kefir with homemade granola. This recipe is not quite traditional granola, there's not a drop of oil and nuts, baked and coated in flakes and brown sugar. It is also a very good gift to a friend. Anyone interested come on in.

Cooking
Warm up the oven to 220 degrees. The blender will razolam flakes and brown sugar.
The mixture should not be like flour, just into fine crumbs.
We need 2 cups of nuts, I had 1 Cup of walnuts and half a Cup of almonds and Brazil nuts.
In a large bowl, whisk egg white and water in the foam.
Add nuts to bowl and coat them very well, because if the egg came into all the folds of nuts dressing stick will not be there.
Pour oat mixture into bowl and very gently mix together with nuts.
Lay out nuts on a sheet of parchment in a single layer and bake for 20 minutes.
