Snack cake from the fish pancakes
Fish, sweet pancakes with a spicy filling.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    500 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Starch

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    1 can

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Spices

Fish grind in a blender with 1 onion.

Add the egg, spices, salt, flour, starch. Mix well.

Fry in a pan, adding some butter, 3 pancakes, with 2 sides. On medium heat, covered with a lid. 1 if the pancake is torn, add more starch! The edges turn out rough, I'm a bit of a trim.

Prepare the filling: peel the Carrot, grate on a grater and passeruem together with 1 onion (onion diced). Separately fry the mushrooms with the remaining onions. Add the spices, salt to taste. I added more garlic, finely chopped, and the parsley.

Put 1 and 2 pancakes stuffing, cover with the third. 3rd coat of pancake with sour cream

Give 30 minutes to soak! Decorate as desired
