Busterminalen eggplant
Very very tasty dish. Thanks for the recipe my sister Oksana. Guests appreciated the recipe took all. Very easy to cook before the holiday.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Parsley

  • Vegetable oil

  • Vinegar

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    4 tsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Basil

  • Water

    400 g

  • Seasoning

Eggplant cut into slices and fry it lightly to give a soft but wasn't crisp. Eggplants take a lot of oil, during frying I lightly mash the eggplants with a fork.
