I, as always, simple and available products. The snack cake for the holiday and every day.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    200 g

  • Broccoli

    150 g

  • Onion

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Soft cheese

    4 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Spices

We need to layer the potatoes (peeled), broccoli florets, and peeled onions. Grind all in a blender.

To vegetables add 1 egg, flour (rounded tbsp), spices and cream cheese (Philadelphia will fit) - 2 tbsp

Well grind a lot and put in shape measuring 20 by 30, covered with baking paper. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 deg. for about 15 minutes.

Hot cake to turn on a kitchen towel, gently remove the paper. To give the crust cool.

For the cream: grind in a blender the mushrooms (I had mushrooms), cheese (2 tbsp), boiled carrots, spices, garlic, mayonnaise brand Mahe, dill.
