Zucchini rolls with chicken
Rolls of courgettes with cheese, chicken and mushrooms. If you love zucchini as I love them, then I advise you to cook a delicious and easy in all respects, a dish of zucchini, chicken and cheese - a great main dish for a summer lunch or dinner!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    400 g

  • Mushrooms

    20 g

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    150 g

  • Zucchini

    700 g

  • Tomato

    250 g

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Parmesan

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Soak the mushrooms in hot water for 1 hour, then squeeze.

Filling: finely Chop the fillets, bends, onion and garlic, fry in 2 tbsp oil, salt and pepper. Cool.

Zucchini slice lengthwise very thin plates.

On the zucchini to put a slice of cheese (can be the entire length, if not counting calories), the filling and roll roll.

Place in a ovenproof form, greased with butter (1 tbsp). To shift each number of pieces of thinly sliced tomato, season with salt, given the saltiness of the cheese. Pour over the remaining oil. PS you do not need to fill the dish with no broth or water! Zucchini and tomatoes when cooked will provide enough juice, which will mix with melted cheese and turn into a delicious sauce!

Bake in pre-heated to 190"C oven for 30 minutes. Be guided by your oven! Then sprinkle with Parmesan and bake another 10 minutes.
