Italian thick bean soup

Ingredients

  • Beans

  • Onion

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Olive oil

  • Tomato juice

    600 ml

  • Tomato

    1 can

  • Pasta

    250 g

  • Green onions

    3 piece

Cooking

Green beans cook in boiling salted water for 12-15 min.

Onions and garlic peel, cut into small cubes and pripustit in a deep saucepan (which will cook the soup)

Add to saucepan the tomato juice

And a jar of tomatoes, crushing them with a fork. Leave under the lid to stew for 15 minutes.

Pasta to boil in boiling water.

Green onions cut into strips and to save a little for decoration

Beans drain in a colander with white beans and pasta

Add all the ingredients in the soup

Season with salt, pepper, a little sugar and bring again to a boil

Serve the soup with green onions and sprinkle with grated cheese. Good low-fat sour cream. Bon appetit!!!
