Assorted vegetables in jelly
Did last year this way the tomatoes was very tasty. And now with the rest of the vegetables built.

Ingredients

  • Gelatin

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 l

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    5 sprig

  • Horseradish

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Tomato

  • Pepper

  • Cucumber

  • Onion

  • Red currants

  • Black pepper

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

Banks storesize. On the bottom put in garlic cloves, peppercorns, pieces of leaf, horseradish, parsley, a sprig of dill. In cans stacked layers as you like sliced vegetables. The proportions are not important. I have some banks cucumbers and peppers, some cucumbers, peppers and tomatoes. Were the remains of the currants - which is enough, flopped it (not disappear as good). The top layer of each jar - onion rings.

Soak gelatin in a little water on Picasa.

Dissolve gelatin in a water bath.

Boil brine of water, salt and sugar and, when boiling, pour it into the gelatin. Boil half a minute.

Pour the resulting brine vegetables under the neck. To each jar add the vinegar. Sterilize 15 minutes, roll.
