Quiche with salmon
Incredibly delicious, just fantastic, delicate quiche... It's one of the most delicious pies I've ever eaten... Awesome tasty... would recommend!!!

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    0.5 pack

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Salmon

    300 g

  • Broccoli

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Cheese

    120 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

  • Ketchup

Cooking

Mash the dough with your hands, roll out to a thickness of 7 mm, larger diameter shape.

Prepare the filling: Three cheese grater, mix eggs, cream and cheese (I replaced the cheese curd cheese Almette)

Into the crust pour 1/3 of the filling.

On top spread the grated potatoes.

Then a layer of finely cut fish and broccoli.

Cover the remaining filling.

Apply mayonnaise on top of the mesh.

And "beads" of ketchup (that's right... for the game of colors)))... Bake in a preheated 190 degrees oven for about 30 minutes. Delicious treat.. such a delicate structure... the aroma... and the taste... the Salmon can be replaced by chicken or mushrooms...
