Pancake a La Tacos
Spicy chicken pieces with spicy-sweet vegetables under cheese cap, and all is served not in a traditional corn tortilla and tender corn pancake. The dish turns out very tasty and very filling.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    80 g

  • Corn flour

    80 g

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    160 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

  • Chicken fillet

    1 piece

  • Lecho

    150 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

Prepare the ingredients for the dough.

In a bowl, mix two kinds of flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.

Add the milk and egg. Stir with a whisk.

Add oil TM "Oleyna", stir and leave for 10 minutes.

On a dry frying pan for baking thick pancakes. From this portion I got 5 pieces.

Chicken fillet to salt, you can season with your favorite spices.

Pan with oil (1 tbsp) good heat, place fillets.

Fry on both sides. Cover with a lid and bring to readiness on low heat.
