Pie with vegetable roses
The most beautiful dish I have ever made. Incredibly, it easy to prepare it! When I cook it, I always imagine that I'm a fairy gardener making little flowerbed of happiness... don't know why such associations, but others do not. And I sincerely wish that from this each of you got the flower and brought it in the coming year happiness!

Ingredients

For the preparation of rice taken from TM "Mistral"-Orient.

Boil the rice in salted water, drain in a sieve to drain the water.

Form of grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with (I sprinkled with semolina).

Then remove dough from the oven, allow to cool and remove the baking paper. Beans remove also.

Now in a bowl mix the fish, separating it from the oil, boiled and grated eggs, Parmesan, spices and cheese. Pinch of salt if needed, does not hurt.

To add to the weight of the bow (bow is pre-marinate any way you like).

Add boiled and cooled rice of TM "Mistral".

Add a couple tablespoons of heavy cream and herbs. The whole mass knead well.

Slice the carrots, daikon, zucchini, eggplant and zucchini thin strips. here I use this knife for cutting vegetables. Half of the strips of daikon touch up beet juice to give them a pink hue. I recommend before cutting to propagate in the microwave the carrots and daikon - about 3-5 min. (focused on power of your microwave oven) - they will be softer and easy to curl.

Put the filling in the form with the dough.

Then twist the vegetable slices into small rosettes. Add salt them in advance, if you wish, pepper or add your favorite spices.

Place a vegetable flower in the middle of the cake and then spread them as you wish.

Wet silicone brush with olive oil and coat the entire cake, and then put it in the preheated oven.

Bake at 170 degrees. After 45 minutes the cake is ready. Bon appetit!
