Can anyone remember, during the Soviet era was a popular magazine "HLS&qu ot;, this abbreviation is deciphered as "Healthy lifestyle". From there I, long ago, took the recipe for this salad that it is called as "Purifying& amp;quot;.

If you have the presence of boiled seaweed, the preparation of this salad will take you a few minutes. Of course, with this product we have in the far East no problem, we are storing (dry) themselves, and it is sold in frozen form. Here, this type of frozen seaweed sold in stores. Frozen cabbage, put in boiling water and cook for about 20 minutes after boiling.
