Description
Potato salad with sauerkraut and green peas. Very tasty, healthy and nutritious "winter" salad, which includes sauerkraut, green peas, potatoes and other foods that you can easily find in the winter. The salad can be consumed directly as a main dish and serve as an appetizer before the main dishes.

Boil potatoes in their skins. Peel, cut into small cubes.
Sauerkraut squeeze out of brine, add to potatoes.
Add to the bowl of green peas.
Add chopped green onions (I used frozen).
For dressing mix French mustard, linseed and vegetable oil, add red pepper to taste. Season the salad.
