Salad
Can't understand why this salad has earned its name. It doesn't matter. Did it two days in a row. Loved it.

Ingredients

  • Sausage

    200 g

  • Cabbage

    250 g

  • Beans

    0.5 can

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Horseradish

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Cut the cabbage, add rinsed beans.

Sausage and peeled apples cut into strips.

On the Korean grater grate the carrots. You can add cheese. The first time I did cheese, but not the second. Cheese I liked. The husband did not notice a difference. In the original recipe the cheese is missing. We fill salad with sour cream and horseradish (the original recipe for the filling is used mayonnaise, I replaced it with sour cream, and vinegar, sugar, but I think no one is better).
