Cooking
To chop the cabbage, carrots grate on a coarse grater. Add salt, sugar, black pepper, vinegar, diluted in cold boiled water, soy sauce and coriander.
All hands good knead to release the juice. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
Then add the peas, shredded onions and cucumber.
Season with olive oil, squeeze the garlic and mix well.
At the end add finely chopped parsley, mix and lay heaped on the dish. I did a whole big dish, you will not believe it - ate all in one sitting! Well, very delicious, light, spicy salad turned out!
