The original products.
Sorrel is finely chopped.
Carrots to RUB on a grater. Potatoes and onions cut into cubes.
Carrots and onions fry in sunflower oil.
In boiling to simmer a broth of potatoes. When the potato is almost ready, put the sorrel, bring to boil.
Then add the cracklings, and salt soup.
Boiled eggs cut into small cubes and add to the soup. To turn off the stove and let stand the soup for another 5 minutes.
