Light refreshing soup.

Ingredients

  • Broth

    2 l

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Sorrel

    1 coup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sunflower oil

  • Sour cream

Sorrel is finely chopped.

Carrots to RUB on a grater. Potatoes and onions cut into cubes.
