Egg soup with cucumber
Very easy, I would even say, a summer soup.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Broth

    4 cup

  • Green peas

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Parsley

Broth put on the fire, let it boil, pour soy sauce Kikkoman.

Cucumber peel and a teaspoon to remove the seeds and cut into small slices.

Add to the broth. Boil for 4 minutes.

Add the green peas.

When it boils, break eggs and gently pour them into the broth, not turning them into the mixture. Cook for 1 minute to curdle the protein.
