Eggplant with cheese and walnuts baked in the oven.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Parsley

Cut eggplant into slices. Season with salt and leave for 30 minutes, then rinse in cold water
