Color soup
Very rich soup with the aroma of bell pepper, bright, useful and with a gentle slight kick :)

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    200 g

  • Tomato

    300 g

  • Sweet pepper

    200 g

  • Carrots

    200 g

  • Onion

    100 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Figure

    50 g

  • Broth

    6 cup

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cream

  • Basil

Yellow pepper cut into strips and pour 3 cups of broth or water.

Red pepper also cut into strips and pour 3 cups of water or broth.

Then boil the peppers in different pots, at the same time fry the onion in vegetable oil (boil peppers for 15 minutes, fry the onion until transparent).

Add to soup with red pepper tomatoes, after removing them from the peel, and cook for 10 minutes, and the same in the pan with yellow pepper add carrots and also cook for 10 minutes.
