Cooking
The first thing you need to prepare the dough. Mix softened butter (or margarine),eggs and juice. Add finely grated carrot, salt. Mix well. Then gradually add flour and knead homogeneous elastic dough. Once all the flour do not add, but gradually, because the flour can leave a different amount (maybe less than 500 g, and maybe a little more) put the Dough in the fridge for 1 hour. I knead the dough in HP.
Here is a beautiful dough I did. The carrot is very juicy and beautiful. Gave good color. But if not, then you can add a little orange food coloring.
Ready to roll out the dough and cut into long strips about 2 cm wide
Take special billet-cones. Grease them with oil and wrap in a spiral and lapped to the previous layer of our test strips. If there are no cones, they can make out of foil. But I didn't.
Spread on Deco, greased and covered with baking paper.
Bake until cooked T* 160-170*C, 30-40 minutes. Ready to "carrots" allow to cool and carefully remove from the cones.
We fill our "carrot", any filling. I got a salad appetizer of melted cheese, eggs and garlic, it is better to fill the pastry bag, if any. It's more convenient.
And do the stems from the dill. That's all. Our food is ready.
