Tartlets
Crispy potato baskets with mushrooms for the competition "Queen of the cocktail."

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Mushrooms

    50 g

  • Salt

Cooking

Boil the potatoes in salted water.

Skip the boiled potatoes in a blender, add the egg, flour, salt, mix well.

Pastry bag spread the potato mixture on the foil, forming the bottom of the baskets.

Then gently spread side panels and handles, bake in a preheated 200°C oven for 15-20 minutes.

Prepare the filling: in sour cream, add finely chopped dill, salt and mix well.
