Pear condensed milk and chocolate
Wonderful, thick, fragrant jam with condensed milk in two versions - one chocolate the other chocolate. A great addition to pancakes, pancakes to layer cakes and toppings cakes, and just drink tea cold in the evening, enjoying a pear caramel scent.

Ingredients

Pears I took a bucket. Weighed - 6 kg. Wash, peel, cut randomly into 4-6 pieces, remove the seeds. Honestly, great precision is not adhered to, boiled 3 times, but weighed only in the first.
