Smoothie
In the morning no time or inclination to stand at the stove, a hearty Breakfast is a must? Prepare this carrot-banana smoothie and get a boost of vitamins before lunch.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    2 Tbsp

  • Apple juice

    150 ml

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Sugar

  • Nutmeg

Prepare foods that we need.

Peel the carrots and grate on a fine grater, banana cut into pieces.

In the bowl of a blender pour the yogurt, Apple juice. Add the carrots, banana and ground nutmeg on the tip of a knife. For use and give satiety to add oat flakes (I use flakes of TM Mistral). Sugar or honey adjust to taste. Beat until smooth for 3 minutes. Pour into glasses.
