Make the dough. Mix the yogurt, milk, eggs, and heated on low heat until warm. Add melted butter, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar. I used sugar with natural vanilla "Dr. Oetker". Stir up everything.

Half of the total number of sift flour and mix with yeast. I have a very high quality dry yeast "Dr. Oetker".

The flour, pour in liquid mixture, mix and then gradually adding the remaining flour (sifted), knead the dough. Knead it for about 10-15 minutes. The dough turns out very tender, soft but not stick to hands.

Cover bowl with dough with cling film and put in warm place to rise for 1-1.5 hours. The dough should increase in volume by 2-3 times.
