Pancakes with bacon cheese sauce
Option sweet pancakes will surely appeal to men and lovers of salty - kopchenkova. The extraordinary tenderness of these pancakes gives a beer that is part of the test; and perfectly complements their greens, bacon and of course cheese sauce.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    125 g

  • Beer

    270 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Dill

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

  • Garlic

In a large bowl mix the flour, sugar and salt.

Eggs stir with beer. Mix both masses until a homogeneous batter without lumps and leave to rise for at room temperature for 1 hour.

Greens wash, dry and finely chop.

Slice it into thin strips bacon (bacon or ham) and lower for 1 minute in boiling water, then drain in a colander.
