Cooking
Cut slices of butter.
Boil water. Fill the butter with boiling water, mix up until the butter is dissolved.
Add flour and seasonings. Knead a stiff dough
We will prepare the stuffing. Sausage to cut small cubes, cucumber sticks, chopped finely greens :-[
Divide the dough into equal parts. One part is a little replusive. In the center put a little melted cheese, sausage, cucumber, greens.
Now we have a flapjack or a good flatten, or roll out gently with rolling pin. :-[
Fry in oil until Golden brown.
