Rice soup with cheese and mushrooms
The soup has a delicate creamy taste, mushrooms, rice and meat - a very satisfying combination and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Onion

  • Cream

  • Parsley

Boil the meat in salted water (1.5 litre), cool and cut into cubes.
