Carrot salad with walnuts Turkish
Wonderful, fragrant, spicy, delicious salad. Without mayonnaise, and therefore useful. Done in minutes, and eaten even faster. Recipe from sonulya, LJ.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    500 g

  • Walnuts

    125 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Zira

    2 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

  • Spices

  • Yogurt

    125 g

  • Parsley

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Carrots to grate,

Cumin (cumin), if You don't have mortar (like me), grind with a hammer in an iron skillet.

Heat oil in a frying pan, fry carrots for 2-3 minutes. On 1-Oh to minute cover.

To the carrots add chopped nuts

And seasoning (I add a pinch of curry, red pepper instead of black) and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.

Press out the garlic into the yoghurt and pour the yoghurt carrots. Mix well. Let stand 30 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with parsley. I recommend strongly))). Green was not at home, but without it ocheeeen delicious.
