Bean soup with squid
Easy and nutritious soup of white beans Lima and squid.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    70 g

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Squid

    2 piece

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 pinch

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    1.5 l

Soak the beans for at least 4 hours. Better at night. Boil until tender. Drain in a sieve. Potatoes cut into strips, put in boiling water, add salt and cook until tender. While the potato is cooking, in a pan pour oil, put the boiled beans, tomatoes in their own juice and finely sliced onions. All overcook.

Put in a saucepan with potatoes. Add Laurel and herbs. Bring to a boil. Squid cut into strips. Put in soup and bring to boil. Immediately remove. To try the salt, if necessary salt and sugar. And serve immediately.
