Cooking
Knead the dough from flour, butter, sour cream, add salt and dried herbs - Basil and oregano. The dough wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
Chilled roll out the dough, cut out circles.
Put the cut slices into molds.
Pour fasolka to the bottom did not rise, and bake it in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Temperature is 180 degrees.
While tarts bake, prepare sauce. Whisk in the mixer olive oil, wine, ginger, a clove of garlic. Add salt to taste. Whisk for about a minute. The sauce will be thickish, airy and white.
