Spicy mini-peppers with crab and cheese filling in oil
A zesty snack for lovers of spicy. As a rule, very attractive to men. Prepared simply and quickly. These peppers I brought last year from Hungary, planted their seeds, and this year I have harvested 2 buckets of small round spicy peppers.

Ingredients

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    250 g

  • Crab sticks

    70 g

  • Mozzarella

    150 g

  • Rosemary

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Olive oil

    250 ml

  • Salt

  • Balsamic

    1 tsp

Cooking

Wash the peppers, dry them.

Cut them the stalk and seeds. Be sure to use gloves.

Drop the peppers into boiling water for 2 minutes. Here before it is better to put on a mask, because I didn't do it, started to cough heavily.

Dry the peppers.

Crab sticks "A sea mio" to slice the number of peppers.

Within each percino put a circle of crab sticks.

Then a small circle of mozzarella.

In a separate bowl mix the rosemary sprigs, cut into slices garlic, salt to taste.

Cover them with olive oil and heated in the microwave to 60-70 degrees.

Put the peppers into sterilized jars, fill the peppers with hot oil and right into a jar add balsamic vinegar.

Close the lid and allow to infuse for at least 1 day.
