Cucumbers in Korean
One hand fresh cucumbers turn into a great snack.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    1 kg

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

Cooking

Cucumbers cut into cubes, add salt, stir, let stand for 15-20 minutes, drain the liquid.

Garlic squeeze through the press on the cucumbers, sprinkle with pepper, pour the vinegar and soy sauce.

Oil to heat, remove from heat, add sesame seeds, stir quickly. Sesame will immediately change color, so be it! Pour over the cucumbers, mix well.
