Squash caviar
I want to share with you the recipe of eggs, the preparation of which is time consuming, but well worth it. It is a preparation for winter, opened it once, my hands are reaching for the next jar. Having tried many recipes, I settled on this one. Reviewed all the recipes on the website and didn't find any.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

  • Sunflower oil

    500 ml

  • Vinegar

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Salt

    3 Tbsp

  • Onion

    6 piece

  • Carrots

    6 piece

  • Garlic

    1 cup

  • Tomato paste

    1 cup

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 Tbsp

First prepare all the ingredients for our calves. Today I have zucchini instead of the squash and cook polportsii, as the large pots I have.

Wash, peel and grate the zucchini on a large grater.

Peel the onion and cut it into cubes not very finely.

We put all our ingredients in a pan, preferably aluminum. There will be less to stick. And add sunflower oil, vinegar, 1 Cup. sugar, salt and boil. Bring to a boil, make a small fire and simmer for 1 hour.

After an hour, add peeled garlic, 0,5 stack. sugar, tomato paste and red pepper burning. Again, put it to stew on small fire for 2 hours, stirring from time to time.
