Cooking
Wash and clean onion, carrots, garlic. Finely chop onion, garlic. Carrots cut into rings. I had the large size carrots, I cut up smaller. Passeruem in butter the onion and garlic until transparent color.
Then add the broth (I mixed vegetable with meat), there also throw carrots and cereal. Stir, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.
After the soup turn into a puree with a blender, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Because of carrot soup sweet, so I salted it more.
Decorate with parsley fresh or dried. According to the recipe in the platter even put shavings of roasted almonds. Serve the soup can with white dried bread, but I love the black, also very tasty!
