Soup from green peas with mint
A very light soup with refreshing mint notes.

Ingredients

  • Green peas

    450 g

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    4 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Mint

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Spices

Here are the products I used.

Melt the butter, put chopped onion and fry until light brown colour.

Put onions in a pan, add the sliced potatoes, pour the broth and cook for 15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.

A few mint leave for decoration, the other with peas send in the saucepan to the rest and cook for another 10 minutes.

Cool slightly, beat with a blender until puréed.

Pour into bowls, add the yogurt, garnish with mint leaves. Can be used in the post, if you don't add the yogurt.
