Tomato soup
Zupa pomidorowa. We first do not eat, but this is the only soup that my daughter eats from 6 years of age (she is now 25 ), it is not only childhood memories but also the memory of a friend's mother from Warsaw, she is gone and her soup lives!

Ingredients

  • Meat

    600 g

  • Tomato paste

    4 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

    6 piece

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Pasta

  • Greens

Cooking

Cook soup with spices and a little add salt, because the bulk of salt in the dressing.

Make the filling: in a thick tomato paste, add salt (1. tsp), sugar (1-2 tbsp).

Pour the sour cream.

Mix thoroughly.

From the finished soup take out the meat, gradually add the dressing, mixing thoroughly. Try to your taste, if not enough salt or sugar added. Bring to a boil and proverjaem 10 minutes on low heat.

Separately boil pasta or rice.

Cut into small pieces of meat. In a plate put the pasta (my spirals), a bit of meat...

... and pour seasoned broth. Polish tomato soup is ready. BON APPETIT!!!
