Description

This soup caught my attention in the pages of the magazine "Bon appetit." I wanted something so... simple and unusual.

Ingredients

  • Broth

    2 l

  • Vermicelli

    120 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Lemon

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Oregano

    1 coup

To prepared chicken broth will need all these ingredients.

In hot chicken broth, add noodles and cook until tender. Meanwhile, beat the eggs, squeeze the juice of one lemon and add to egg mixture with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. In beaten eggs add a ladle of broth. Soup remove from heat, pour into it the egg mixture, stir gently.

The remaining lemon cut into thin circles, finely chopped herbs. Pour into soup bowls, sprinkle with herbs, add slices of lemon.

The soup is ready. Yeah, season with salt and pepper - this is a good choice.
