Rolls of mackerel
Unusual, tasty, juicy, hearty, flavorful. Who loves the fish, come on!

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    6 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Greens

    30 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sauce-marinade

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

The fish is thawed, remove the peel, disassembled into fillets, remove large bones.

Pour the fillet with milk. Let stand for 20 minutes.

In the meantime, make filling. Onions finely chop, garlic skip through the press and sent to a heated pan with 2 tbsp olive oil. Fry for 3 min.

Mushrooms grate on a coarse grater, add to the pan + 1 tbsp. sauce-marinade + salt + spices (which you prefer). Fry for 5 minutes. Allow to cool.

Parsley finely chop, cheese grate on a fine grater. Mix all with mushrooms. The stuffing is ready.

Merge milk, fish dry. Each piece of salt, add spices and drizzle with the sauce-marinade 1/2 tsp, evenly.

Turn on the oven at 180 deg. On top put the filling in 2 tbsp on each slice.

Turn the rolls and fix zubocistkami.

From top to pour a little sauce (gives us a savory crust). Put into the form, sprinkle of olive oil.

Put into the oven for 30 mins Here they are - pretty, juicy, flavorful.
