Cooking
As shapers I adapted from ice cream cups with lid and disposable cups. Just cut off the bottom.
Cookies grind. 200 ml cream whipped with cocoa powder to "peaks". Mix cookies with cream. Instead of cream can melt 125ml butter and mix with cookies (but I prefer it with cream).
Nuts grind. The remaining 200 ml cream whipped with vanilla sugar to peaks. Cherry drain in a sieve to run the juice (we use for jelly).
200 g Philadelphia mix with powdered sugar (or sugar). From the juice to cook the jelly (I got 250 ml of juice).
All prepared, now collect cakes in our "shapers": 1 layer - dough biscuits 2 layer - "Philadelphia" powder 3 layer - 4 layer nuts - whipped cream with vanilla sugar 5 layer - 6 layer cherry - cherry jelly
So look filled molds. I made just a small cake, the envelope principle is the same.
Be sure to overnight in the refrigerator to well stuck. The next day GENTLY remove the plastic molds, and get these cakes: round, square, and a piece of cake.
... sweet, moderately sweet with sour cherry... for tea or coffee.
