Melon smoothie with a banana
Very tasty, healthy and flavorful smoothie.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    760 ml

  • Melon

    600 g

  • Banana

    150 g

  • Passion fruit

    200 ml

  • Papaya

    150 ml

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

The main ingredient for smoothies yogurt without lactose.

Melon, banana, mashed papaya and passion fruit.

The melon was cut, cleaned from crusts and seeds.

The skin of banana has cleared. Broke it up and put it in the blender. Poured yogurt and mashed potatoes. Put the chopped melon. Added the honey.

Very fragrant and delicious smoothies. A similar drink is prepared often, but not always add purees of exotic fruits. Son makes two cakes to my colleagues, and he was left with puree. Usually add a banana and strawberries.
