Salad with beef
Warm summer salad. Very satisfying, easy to replace a complete meal. But still nice and colourful! Come, treat!

Ingredients

  • Beef

    400 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    15 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

    0.5 coup

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Wash the meat. Slice into thin strips. The thinner and neater you cut the meat, the faster it roasts.

In a separate bowl, mix Kikkoman soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil.

Add to the mix the chopped meat. Stir and leave in the fridge for a minimum of two hours. I left for the night.

Pepper peel and cut into thin strips.

Cucumber peel and cut into pieces

The cherry tomatoes cut in half

Carrot grate, onion cut into half rings

Lettuce wash, dry and tear with hands into pieces

All the vegetables mix in a large salad bowl.

In a pan heat 2 tbsp of sunflower oil. Spread the meat with the marinade. Fry on high heat until the meat is cooked, stirring constantly.

Prepared meat remove from heat, cool slightly. Meat with sauce to add to vegetables. Mix well. Serve immediately!
