All kind time of day! Today I come to You with a delicious, fragrant bread from wheat and rye flour with the addition of raw potato. I am on my third day in a row to bake this bread. If you are interested, you are welcome to visit me. Recipe taken from the book "Bread, 350 new recipes."

Ingredients

  • Flour

    380 g

  • Rye flour

    200 g

  • Yeast

    2.5 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    150 g

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

Peel the potatoes and RUB on a coarse grater.

Lay all ingredients in a bucket of HP, according to the instructions.
