Eggplant caviar
Big "+" of the calf that the eggplant is not necessary to fry. All other vegetables are added raw!

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Boil whole eggplant in salted water for 1 hour. Get it and put under the press(to the water glass).

Cut tomatoes into small cubes

Bulgarian pepper cut into small cubes

Vegetables salt and pepper to taste. Finely chop the parsley.
