Description
Armenian soup "Kololak" (also found the name "Kololik")-spicy tomato soup with meatballs. There are many variations of Kololak, this is one of the easiest and fastest. The result is a rich, aromatic, warming dish.

Cooking
1. Wash and chop the greens.
2. Wheat boil until tender, add the beef and egg yolk, season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly until smooth.
3. Onions chop and fry in melted butter until soft.
4. Boil the rice until tender. Add to the rice the half the chopped herbs and half of the fried onions. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir until smooth.
5. Of minced meat blind balls the size of a hen's egg. Make in balls the deepening and spread 1 teaspoon of the rice filling.
6. Carefully close up the top with stuffing and roll into balls. The balls are rather large. It is important to sculpt the halves, otherwise the balls when cooked will fall apart.
7. Potatoes peel and slice. Broth bring to a boil. Put in it the potatoes, the remaining fried onions and tomato puree (paste). Bring to the boil and cook for 5 minutes. Add meatballs. Cook on medium heat until the balls float. To correct for salt, add hops-suneli. Turn off the heat and let stand for 10 minutes.
