Description
This appetizer can be prepared with fish, but can do without. Tastes like sushi, but more attracted by the originality of the submission. The idea got somewhere on the Internet.

Cooking
Rice (preferably short-grain). I took a pic of TM Mistral Japonica.
Wash rice, cover with water 1 : 2, to boil, reduce the heat and cook until tender. Then allow to stand him for another 15 minutes.
Mix rice vinegar, sugar, salt.
Pour the mixture into the rice and mix well.
Cucumber cut in half lengthwise and clean out the core.
Spread the rice in a pile on the cucumber.
The fish thinly slice and put on top of the rice.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Slice with a sharp knife. Or without fish, sprinkle with sesame seeds and slice with a knife.
