Cooking
Boil the pasta in plenty of water until soft. The water is not salt.
Then recline the tagliatelle in a colander and rinse with cold water.
In a large saucepan or frying pan put the oil and garlic, put on a strong fire.
Add ham, stir for a minute.
Then put the mushrooms, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir. A little salt, regato cheese itself is quite salty!
After 2 minutes add the pasta, gently stir. If they managed to stick together, just rinse them with water again.
After a few minutes, when the pasta has warmed, remove the pan from the heat and add about half the cheese. Stir.
Put the pasta in the baking dish.
On top sprinkle with remaining cheese. In this state, the pasta you can cover with foil and leave in the refrigerator and bake before serving.
Bake the pasta until tender, covered with foil.
