Salad with baked zucchini and fresh tomatoes
Now is the season for zucchini - my family loves them very much, so I try to experiment and offer You another dish of zucchini.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

  • Basil

    0.125 coup

  • Dill

    0.125 coup

  • Lemon juice

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Zucchini wash, cut into slices.

In a pan pour vegetable oil, fairly generously, enough to coat all the zucchini. Each slice on the baking sheet to coat with oil, turning occasionally. Spread in a single layer and season with salt. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Ready zucchini to cool to warm and spread on a plate right in with the butter they were baked.

Chop the tomatoes slices.

Add the tomatoes to the zucchini. There also add sliced garlic and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice. Bon appetit!!!
