Salad
My fellow cooks! in a few days will come the great feast, which, though not originally Russian, but has firmly occupied a place in our loving hearts. our favorite website is full of all sorts of sweet, salad, meat "hearts", so the choice of recipes for a romantic dinner abound. and I wanted to take the easy and bestializing lettuce.. so at least the shape and not the heart, but the contents ignites the senses, causing them to burn even brighter!.. juicy, rich, but light salad with pechenocnae in sour cream, fresh and pickled cucumber, boiled eggs and fried cheese.. Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    400 g

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Spices

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Green peas

    4 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    150 g

Cooking

Pechenocna fry with onions, add spices, sour cream, salt, pepper and stew until ready

Cucumbers cut into thin strips (about 5 cm)

Spread on a plate ready pechenocna

Cucumbers and peas dressed with izmelchennoe garlic, mustard, oil, lemon juice, mix well try, you can add salt and pepper, to taste

Cheese cut into small cubes (with a side of about 0.5 cm) and fry in preheated skillet with a small amount of oil until Golden brown dry excess oil on paper napkins
